Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ADSS Inc. (“ADSS”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit adss.ai or contact us.

1. Who we are

The website adss.ai is operated by ADSS Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy.

Our development centre in Belgrade is run by our affiliated company in Serbia.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form and emails

  • Data: name, company, work email, area of interest and your message, and anything else you choose to include when you write to us.
  • Purpose: to answer your request and for pre-contractual communication.
  • Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the equivalent provisions of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your request.

Server logs

  • Data: IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser user agent, kept by our hosting provider.
  • Purpose: security and operation of the website.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and the equivalent provision of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection).

3. Recipients and processors

We use the following service providers, who process personal data on our behalf:

  • OVHcloud (OVH SAS, France) — website hosting.
  • Formspree, Inc. (USA) — form processing and delivery to our mailbox.
  • Zoho — email hosting; data is stored in Zoho’s EU data centres in the Netherlands and Ireland.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. International transfers

Data submitted through the contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc. on servers in the USA. For these transfers Formspree relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Our website hosting (OVHcloud) and our email (Zoho) keep data in the European Union.

5. Retention

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract follows.
  • Server logs: kept by our hosting provider only for the limited period needed for security and troubleshooting, in line with OVHcloud’s standard settings for web hosting.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking technologies and loads no third-party resources when you browse. Formspree is contacted only when you submit the contact form.

7. Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors over time or across websites, our website does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data rectified;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@adss.ai.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or with the supervisory authority of your EU/EEA country of residence.

9. California residents

  • Categories we collect: identifiers (such as your name and email address) and professional information (such as your company) that you supply via the contact form or by email, and the technical data in the server logs described in section 2.
  • Use: only for the purposes described in section 2.
  • No sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information.
  • Review and changes: to review or request changes to your personal information, email privacy@adss.ai.

10. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We post updates to this policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the page.
